WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?
We are located in Kona and service all the Hawaiian Islands. However, our cabinets can be shipped anywhere in the United States.
WHAT TYPES OF PROJECTS DO YOU DO?
We specialize in kitchen, bath, utility room, bar, linen and garage cabinets for both residential and commercial remodels and new construction. We have a range of lines, options and colors to fit traditional and contemporary tastes for any project scale or budget where solid wood cabinets are desired. In addition, we also provide Cambria quartz countertops for any room.
WHAT ARE YOUR CABINETS MADE OF?
Our cabinets are solid wood. The doors are solid maple or birch depending on the line and the boxes are 9-layer pressure treated plywood. They are also self-closing.
WILL THE DRAWER RAILS RUST?
Our rails are made of aluminum with zinc alloy to be rust resistant. We have yet to have a customer have an issue with their rails rusting. Of course, if there ever was a problem we would replace the problem part for free, no questions asked.
WHAT IS THE WARRANTY ON THE CABINETS?
We offer a 3-year, limited warranty on manufacturing defects. Of course, every situation is different, so do not hesitate to call us if you come across any problems. Many times, it is just a matter of making adjustments to the cabinets on-site.
ARE THE CABINETS TERMITE RESISTANT AS THIS IS A BIG PROBLEM IN HAWAII?
Our cabinets are sealed right at the factory and delivered immediately without sitting around.
We are also able to order them as close to installation date as possible so they don’t sit around a job site for a long time. Pest control chemicals are not used on our cabinets. Such chemicals tend to leach into the home over time.
WHAT CABINET OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
We offer several lines of beautiful, solid wood traditional style cabinets as well as a very modern European style cabinet. We are also able to create custom sizes as needed. Roll-out shelves and Lazy Susan’s for corner cupboards are also available. We can also match any paint color offered by Sherwyn Williams.
I’M NOT QUITE SURE WHAT I WANT. CAN YOU HELP ME WITH DESIGN & LAYOUT?
Absolutely! We will work off your existing set of plans with your contractor or come to your home to discuss your project in person and take measurements. Our kitchen designer will provide a 3-D rendering of your kitchen along with your bid so you can see exactly what it’s going to look like and make changes as desired.
DO YOU HAVE A MIN OR MAXIMUM PROJECT SIZE REQUIREMENT?
No. No project is too small or too big for us to support. All projects receive the same amount of outstanding customer support regardless of the size or price tag.
HOW FAST WILL MY CABINETS COME?
Depending on the line ordered, the average delivery time after order is 3-6 weeks. Unlike many of our competitors we are only shipping cabinets. Therefore, we are never waiting for a large container to fill which can take many months. Countertop orders are dependent on our fabricators schedule so delivery will be estimated at the time of order.
DO YOU INSTALL?
We do not install. We will deliver your cabinets fully assembled and ready for your contractor to install. If you need a referral for a contractor we are happy to provide a preferred contractor list so you can find a top quality one in the area. Once installed, we offer our finishing and touch up services. Cambria countertop purchases will be fabricated and installed by our qualified dealer partner.
WHAT IF MY CABINETS ARRIVE INCORRECT OR DAMAGED?
Upon arrival and assembly, we inspect all cabinets for damage and accuracy to the order. Any replacements or missing items will be ordered immediately and flown form the mainland. The average time takes about a week. This is critical to avoid project delays and we pride ourselves on our superior customer service.
IS CABINET HARDWARE INCLUDED?
Cabinet knobs and handles are such a personal choice, this is not included in the price of your cabinets. We would be happy to install them for you for a small fee.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
We require 50% of the materials cost up front and 100% of shipping costs. The balance is due upon accepted delivery. We accept payment by check, cash and major credit card. We also offer financing options through “Finance by Cambria.”
